Please read this Agreement carefully before using Application Blocker Pro. By installing, downloading, copying or otherwise using Application Blocker Pro, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not authorized and may not use Application Blocker Pro. The Software is the current version of Application Blocker Pro, which includes, but is not limited to, all future updates and modifications to the Application Blocker Pro all documentation, and logos, trademarks, and trade names ("Software"). The Software is copyrighted and owned by Amplusnet. The Software is licensed to you for use only under the terms set forth in this Agreement. Amplusnet reserves any right not expressly granted to Agreement. By installing the Software you assume sole responsibility for the installation, use and results obtained from use of the Software.
This Agreement is only a license to use the Software. It is not a transfer of title to the Software. Amplusnet grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to do only the following:

You agree to use your best efforts and to take all reasonable steps to safeguard the Software to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access thereto and that no unauthorized copy, publication, disclosure or distribution in whole or in part, in any form, shall be made. You acknowledge that the Software contains valuable confidential information and trade secrets and that unauthorized use and/or copying are harmful to Amplusnet.
The license granted under this Agreement is effective until terminated. However, this license will terminate immediately without notice from Amplusnet if you fail to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement. Upon termination you must destroy the Software and all copies thereof and you may terminate this License at any time by doing so.
We encourage you to try Application Blocker Pro before you place the order. We offer a free evaluation version for potential users to "try before you buy". When a user makes a purchase online, we email the user an electronic key code to unlock the trial product. Given the fact that the electronic key code is rendered at the time of purchase, there is no way to take the electronic key code back from the customer. Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchased the registered version from us, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and functionalities, so that no refund request would therefore be applied by the user on such basis.
If you have not tested our free evaluation versions from our download sites, please do so before you place your order to make sure that the product you are ordering is what you want and is working properly on your system.

This Software is provided by Amplusnet "As Is". Amplusnet makes no representations or warranties of any kind. Any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed to the full extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall Amplusnet or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, officers, directors and employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Software, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Software.
The warranty of software functions is up to 30 days, beginning from order date. It includes ordered tryout Software versions with total and all included non-damaged Software features. Licensing for Application Blocker Pro is made on a yearly basis, meaning that after one year form licensing the product, a new license must be purchased to continue using the product. Amplusnet will not guarantee and is not responsible for any software damage during Software use or any software conflict with resident software on users PC.
The Software may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Accordingly, changes and/or updates may be affected without notice to you. Amplusnet may also make improvements and/or other changes to the Software at any time without notice to you. You acknowledge that Amplusnet may from time to time issue upgraded versions of the Software, and may automatically electronically upgrade the version of the Software that you are using on your computer. You consent to such automatic upgrading, and agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time by notices posted on Amplusnet web site) will apply to all such upgraded versions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior proposals, Agreements, representations, statements and undertakings are hereby expressly cancelled and superseded. This Agreement may not be changed or amended except by a written instrument executed by a duly authorized officer of Amplusnet.
Amplusnet is present for download only in tryout form which gives the user a possibility to install and try Amplusnet before purchase. Therefore Amplusnet do not admit money-back after annual purchase.
Amplusnet may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by a notice on its web site, which shall be binding upon you, accordingly, you are urged to visit the Amplusnet web site periodically to review the then current and effective terms and conditions for use of the Software. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located within the Amplusnet web site.
No delay or failure to take action under these terms and conditions will constitute a waiver thereof by Amplusnet unless expressly waived in writing by a duly authorized representative of Amplusnet.
Application Blocker Pro is trademark of Amplusnet and may not be used without permission.
Copyright in the Software is owned exclusively by Amplusnet and is protected by law and international treaty.
